Italy has a charm like no other country. The streets of Rome are alive with history, and I couldn’t help but be amazed by the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. I visited Florence, the birthplace of the Renaissance, where I marveled at Michelangelo’s David and the art in the Uffizi Gallery. The food was just as extraordinary – pasta, gelato, and espresso at every corner. After Rome and Florence, I headed south to the Amalfi Coast. The colorful cliffside villages are simply stunning, and I found the Mediterranean waters so inviting. Italy is a destination that will never go out of style.
